As a Client Service Coordinator , you are an important part of the team behind the service our clients count on. You keep information accurate, orders moving, requests on track, and the day-to-day details organized so our Client Service team can focus on relationships, problem solving, and delivering on our promise.

You will take ownership of your assigned work from start to finish. That means processing information carefully, following up when something is outstanding, noticing when something does not look right, and making sure the right people have what they need to keep things moving.

This is also a role where you can learn the business from the inside. You will work with Client Service, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and other teams, giving you a broad view of how a supply-chain business works and how your work contributes to the client experience.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys staying organized, learns quickly, and understands that reliable service starts with getting the details right.

What You’ll Do
Keep Service Moving

• Process orders and client requests accurately and promptly by email, phone, and other channels.
• Respond to product availability inquiries and make sure clients get timely answers.
• Manage client retail portals, route shipments, and enter information required for ASN transmission.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right person or department.
• Recognize when a request needs additional support, escalate it promptly, and make sure it reaches the right person.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and information to keep the workflow fluid.

Get the Details Right

• Maintain client-specific procedures and make sure requirements are followed consistently.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment requirements with Warehouse Operations and Transportation.
• Complete internal reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain month-end billing for assigned clients.
• Keep retail compliance information accurate and up to date.
• Review information for completeness, spot discrepancies or missing details, and follow up until the information is correct.

Work as One Team

• Connect the right people and information across Client Services, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams.
• Share information, updates, and documentation so the right people have what they need.
• Communicate issues early rather than letting small problems become bigger ones.
• Provide reliable day-to-day support to the Client Service team.
• Help keep priorities, requests, and assigned work moving forward.
• Work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality when handling client and company information.

Experience That’s an Asset

• Experience in third-party logistics, warehousing, transportation, or a related environment.
• French language skills.

  • Base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000

• Physical Demands
  • Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Regular use of a computer, telephone, keyboard, and scanner.
  • Occasionally standing and walking short distances within the office.
  • Reading documents and view computer screens for extended periods.
  • Communicating in person, by telephone, and through virtual meetings.
  • Regular, predictable attendance.
