- Lead Windows patching projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with operations teams for deployment
- Prepare and present resource burndown and status reports
- Ensure compliance with established patching policies
- Troubleshoot patch-related issues effectively
- Strong project management experience in IT
- Proficiency in Windows patch management tools
- Ansible scripting knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL change management principles
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
