McMaster University in Hamilton seeks a visionary Director of Facilities Services – Custodial, Grounds, Logistics, Mail and Related Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of a large, multi-unionized workforce.You will shape annual plans, performance standards, and service delivery across custodial, grounds, waste, winter operations and mail, ensuring a safe, functional and service-oriented campus environment while coordinating with senior facilities leadership.
