Lead essential resident care as the Director of Care in a senior living environment. Deliver high-quality health services, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for residents and families. We are looking for an experienced Director of Care to manage resident health and personal care services. Your role involves oversight of clinical operations, fostering strong connections with residents, and leading a dynamic care team. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, compliance, and quality service delivery while mentoring staff and coordinating care conferences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead resident assessments and individualized care planning
- Delegate and evaluate activities of the nursing team
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Oversee medication administration and treatment orders
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
