Onsite Manager

Our client, a leading organization in workforce management, is seeking an Onsite Manager to join their team Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As an Onsite Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting staffing and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage the staffing needs of the client while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill temporary staffing requirements.
• Customize and enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure excellent customer service.
• Implement orientation programs for temporary associates, incorporating client policies.
• Monitor personnel issues and address concerns promptly and effectively.

What's Needed?

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
• Experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in leading a team in an industrial environment is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, autonomous, patient, and flexible.
