QuickBooks Bookkeeper with Canadian Tax Experience

Job Responsibility:
We need an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper with experience in Canadian personal and corporate income taxes. You will work closely with our team and demonstrate your hands-on experience in preparing returns for GST, T4, T1 , and T2 returns. Experienced using QuickBooks Pro desktop software.
Responsibilities:
Tax Documentation Preparation:
- Support the preparation of personal and corporate income tax documentation.
- Gather and organize relevant financial information for tax filings.
- Assist in researching tax regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Bookkeeping and Financial Data Entry:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements with the QuickBooks records.
- Assist with maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate financial reports using QuickBooks reporting tools.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and correspondence related to bookkeeping and tax activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Canadian personal and corporate income tax concepts and regulations.
- Experience in bookkeeping and proficiency with QuickBooks Pro desktop software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Recent graduates or students enrolled in their final year of a post-secondary program related to accounting, finance, or a similar field.
- Availability to work part-time or full-time hours during the summer period.

Pay: $20.00-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
