Lead financial planning for State of the Snowpack as Volunteer Treasurer. This role offers an opportunity to apply your CPA skills in a growing nonprofit dedicated to community safety.
As Treasurer for State of the Snowpack, you will be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity while guiding the organization’s strategic direction. Collaborate with a dedicated Board, working on budgets and financial strategies while positively impacting public safety initiatives. Your expertise will help prepare the organization for its next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial statements and provide strategic insights
• Monitor the organization's long-term financial health
• Assist in annual budgeting and financial compliance
• Deliver financial updates at Board meetings
• Develop sound financial policies and internal controls
Requirements:
• CPA designation required for application
• Experience in financial oversight and strategic financial planning
• Proven governance and leadership abilities
