Drive strategic paid search operations as the SEM Group Director at Monks. Lead large accounts while fostering a culture of collaboration and performance-focused marketing. Monks is seeking an energetic leader with over 12 years of Paid Search experience to guide a high-performing search team. This role encompasses managing diverse verticals, promoting client growth, and enhancing revenue from new business opportunities. You’ll engage actively with clients, oversee contract negotiations, and translate complex strategies into actionable results while prioritizing innovative search tactics. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SEM specialists and Account Leads in strategy
- Present tactical priorities to clients and stakeholders
- Drive revenue through new business and client relationships
- Collaborate on media plans with cross-channel leads
- Innovate and test strategies to optimize account performance
- 12+ years in Paid Search with $20MM ad spend management
- Experience with senior clients, including C-Suite
- 5+ years managing teams with 3 direct reports
- Proficient in performance marketing tools and analytics
- Strong presentation and Excel skills
