Program Relations Manager- Vancouver Island, BC

Cencora seeks a Program Relations Manager in Vancouver Island to coordinate patient support programs, serving as the primary liaison between healthcare providers, patient support programs, and insurers. The role involves managing reimbursement navigation, patient enrollment, and clinical data collection to streamline access to pharmaceutical services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for healthcare providers regarding patient support program requirements and navigation
- Coordinate reimbursement activities with patient support programs and insurers
- Collect patient information and clinical data to facilitate program enrollment and coverage
- Monitor patient journey, identify barriers, and provide proactive resolution assistance
- Maintain communication with healthcare providers and program teams; deliver educational presentations to key opinion leader physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related discipline
- Minimum five years healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industry experience
- Patient support program and case management experience preferred
- Healthcare professional registration considered an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve patient access barriers
