Lead transformative projects as Director of the PMO at MSH with a focus on complex enterprise initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Engage in technical oversight and governance for the Finance System Replacement program. This contract role offers a hands-on leadership opportunity within MSH, where you will provide direction to the PMO and serve as a governance anchor. You’ll champion project methodologies, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic delivery roadmaps effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide everyday leadership to the PMO
- Oversee technical delivery across complex projects
- Serve as project lead for Finance System Replacement
- Facilitate high-level governance and decision-making
- Collaborate across Finance, Development, and Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
- 7-10+ years in program management
- Experience in system implementations or replacements
- Strong understanding of system architecture and data flows
- Exceptional executive communication skills
