Retail Sales Vice President Hospitality

Guide hospitality sales growth for Sunwing Vacations, combining demand segmentation and commercial negotiation with remote leadership. Develop stronger trade markets across vacation brands.Reporting to the President, this Retail Sales, Vice President leads sales and business development strategy. You will optimize market opportunities, monitor competition, and support high-performing sales teams. The scope includes budgets, contracts, pricing, credit terms, revenue targets, and global sales planning.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for sales and business developmentSupervise contracts, pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery datesDrive sales performance against planned revenue targetsLead demand segmentation and market optimizationAnalyze competitors and direct trade marketing activitiesRequirements:
Four-year business, tourism, marketing, or hotel management degreeMinimum eight years’ progressive hospitality sales leadership experienceIn-depth sales, marketing, and financial principles knowledgeExcellent leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skillsClear stakeholder communication and proactive problem-solving abilityBring hospitality sales leadership, demand insight, and negotiation skills to Sunwing Vacations Group’s expanding commercial strategy.
