Vice President Corporate Affairs Sustainability

Lead Nestlé Canada's corporate reputation strategy from a hybrid Vice President role in North York, combining communications and sustainability leadership.

Reporting to the Market Head, you advise the CEO and Executive Team across corporate communications, sustainability, government relations and stakeholder engagement. You guide enterprise priorities that build trust with employees, consumers, government, industry and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated Corporate Affairs strategy
• Advise executives on reputation, policy and communications matters
• Lead internal, external, change and crisis communications
• Advance sustainability priorities across business planning
• Represent Nestlé Canada with influential stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in a related field
• 15 years of progressive leadership experience
• Expertise in crisis management, media relations and advocacy
• Proven corporate spokesperson and senior stakeholder experience
• Strong people leadership and budget accountability
