In this hands-on, senior role, you will innovate strategies that enhance partner relationships and revenue. Your leadership will support extensive product development aligned with customer trends in outdoor furniture. Work alongside diverse teams to ensure operational excellence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a multi-year growth plan for Costco
• Lead meetings and line reviews with Costco
• Strengthen distribution strategies for revenue growth
• Scale Amazon as a key retail channel
• Provide oversight for major Canadian retail accounts
Requirements:
• At least three years in a Director-level sales role
• Established relationships with Costco preferred
• Experience in outdoor living or furniture industry
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and pricing
• Proven ability to manage complex customer expectations
