About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Capital Markets , specifically Repo and/or Securities Lending . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex business and technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects that support front-to-back office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects within the Repo and/or Securities Lending domain.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate business analysis, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and promote continuous delivery best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Mandatory: Domain expertise in Repo and/or Securities Lending .
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with leading Investment Banks or Capital Markets organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant Project Management certifications.
• Exposure to regulatory initiatives, collateral management, or securities financing operations is an advantage.
