Deine Aufgaben
Als Product Scout identifizierst, validierst und schärfst du neue Produktchancen , bevor sie in die Entwicklung gehen – mit Fokus auf AI-driven Product Innovation
Trend- & Marktanalyse: Beobachtung regulatorischer, technologischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Entwicklungen (z. B. KI-Governance, Post-Quanten-Kryptografie, EU-Datensouveränität)
Chancenidentifikation: Exploration neuer Produktmöglichkeiten an der Schnittstelle von Kommunikationssicherheit, GRC/Compliance, AI und Productivity-Ökosystemen
Hypothesenentwicklung: Übersetzung von Markt- und Kundensignalen in konkrete, validierbare Produktideen und strategische Chancenfelder
Discovery & Validierung: Durchführung schlanker Discovery-Prozesse inklusive Kundeninterviews, Problemvalidierung und Proof-of-Value-Ansätzen
Business Case Entwicklung: Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsbewertungen und fundierten Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
Technische Bewertung: Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit sowie Bewertung von Cloud-, SaaS- und AI-Architekturansätzen
Architektur & Integration: Entwicklung von Architektur- und Integrationsskizzen als Grundlage für spätere Produktentwicklung
Stakeholder Alignment: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Architektur, Product und Leadership zur Priorisierung von Chancen
Kommunikation & Übersetzung: Aufbereitung technischer und regulatorischer Themen in klare Business- und Managementsprache
Go-to-Market Support: Unterstützung bei der strategischen Einordnung und Weiterentwicklung produktgetriebener Wachstumsinitiativen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch – und Englisch Kenntnisse
Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Manager:in oder Product Owner
Zusätzlich technische Tiefe , z. B. als Solution Architect, Tech Lead oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Erfahrung in Discovery, Validierung und Umsetzung von Produktideen (z. B. MVPs, PoCs, Business Cases)
Starkes Verständnis für Cloud-, SaaS- und AI-Transformationen sowie Interesse an AI-getriebenen Produktinnovationen
Erfahrung mit Partner-Ökosystemen (z. B. Microsoft, Google)
Erfahrung mit Produktinnovation beim Übergang von On-Premises zu Cloud-/SaaS-Architektur und KI.
Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Schwerpunkt: Kommunikationssicherheit, GRC/Compliance oder moderne Cloud-/AI-Architekturen
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Bewertung von Produkten im Bereich Datensouveränität oder Security
Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge in strategische und wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
Strukturierte, analytische und gleichzeitig pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
