Transit Project Readiness Coordinator

Coordinate transit project readiness for Scarborough Transit Connect using closeout, handover, stakeholder management, and construction documentation skills. This Toronto rail project supports Scarborough Subway Extension delivery.Reporting to the Readiness Director, the Readiness Coordinator supports advanced project scope delivery and handover. The position develops closeout programs, coordinates construction and design teams, and manages client communication. It also addresses permits, approvals, risks, costs, schedules, and contract requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery and handover of advanced project scopesDevelop closeout and handover programs with stakeholdersCoordinate design, subcontractor, and construction closeout activitiesTrack risks, opportunities, costs, quantities, inventory, and schedulesCommunicate contract documents and resolve discrepancies through RFIsRequirements:
Engineering or construction technology diploma, degree, or post-graduate certificateThree or more years of construction experienceAbility to read construction drawings and documentsComputer skills using Excel, Word, Project, and AutoCADStrong communication, organization, accuracy, adaptability, and teamworkApply readiness coordination, stakeholder management, and construction expertise to support Scarborough Subway Extension handover and completion.
