Project Manager Delivery Operations

PACE.Global seeks a Project Manager skilled in delivery governance and commitment assurance for flexible, remote-first client engagements. Keep plans, risks, and milestones moving.As Project Manager, you will own delivery rhythm, commitments, risk visibility, and engagement records across multiple engagements. You will support Strategic Transformation Leads and Associates by managing cadence, follow-ups, meetings, and trackers. Your work helps PACE.Global deliver fixed-fee commitments on promised dates. Experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation programs is preferred.Key Responsibilities:
Establish integrated plans, calendars, governance meetings, and workshopsRun engagement cadences, meetings, and output captureAssign ownership and keep client commitments on scheduleSurface risks, validate them, and maintain the registerKeep plans, logs, trackers, records, and folders currentRequirements:
Five or more years of project management experienceStrong planning, organization, analytical, and writing skillsAssertiveness, integrity, tenacity, and resourcefulnessExperience with Microsoft 365, Wrike, and practical AI toolsPMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferredBring disciplined governance, risk awareness, and precise follow-through to PACE.Global’s project delivery operations.
