Remote Account Executive for AI Solutions

Drive sales for Hirefel by connecting with companies in the US and Canada needing software and AI solutions. This fully remote role emphasizes prospecting, discovery calls, and closing contracts. As an Account Executive, you will engage with tech companies, guiding them from initial conversation through to signed contracts. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, and coordinating proposals with engineers. You should be self-directed, organized, and experienced with B2B sales in technical services. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the US and Canada for software and AI
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and decision-makers
- Collaborate with engineers to prepare and present proposals
- Log all communications in Hirefel OS for transparency
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals in tech
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closure
- Comfort speaking with CTOs and founders
- Strong organizational skills for logging activities
- Independent worker familiar with commission-only structures
