Responsibilities
You won't just be a helper; you’ll be in the mix with seasoned pros. You will develop expertise in:
- Precision Flux-Core: Master FCAW/MCAW (Flat Position) on heavy-duty projects.

- Major Builds: Fabricate beams, tower sections, and custom structural components.
- Custom Fabrication: Work with specialized jigs and standoff welding techniques.
- Shop Safety: Learn the gold standard of safety-first production.

Qualifications
Registered Apprentice: You must be actively registered as a first- or second-year apprentice welder. Second-year apprentices preferred.

The Proof: We need to see a minimum of 2000 verifiable hours already officially recorded in your apprenticeship Bluebook.

The Skills: Preferable if you have experience with FCAW/MCAW or MIG.

The Attitude: You’re reliable, punctual, and have a "sponge" mindset for learning.
