Part of the Trotter & Morton Group of Companies, Trotter & Morton Facility Services provides 24/7 preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.
We are looking to hire hard-working and committed individuals who will contribute to our team of experienced technicians by bringing their willingness to learn and high-quality workmanship to every job. We are currently looking for a Service Plumber to join our team!

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review work orders that include identification of the problem, determine required services and pick up replacement parts
- Perform plumbing repairs on a large and varied housing inventory that includes apartments, townhouses, commercial, industrial, and semi-detached units
- Make recommendations on more extensive plumbing issues
- Identify other unit deficiencies and report to Service Manager
- Provide professional level of customer service to tenants
- May prepare work estimates for clients
- Accountable for the delivery of high customer service excellence levels
- Responsible for sustaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Other duties as required
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to take orders and instructions
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Utilizes planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Required Experience
- Journeyman Plumbing Ticket and a minimum B Gas
- Boiler experience
- Trade Certification/ Red Seal
- Service Experience
- Valid class 5 license and be able to provide a clean 5 year driving abstract
