Job Summary <\/h3>

Provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting support to maintain financial records and assist with month -end and year -end processes. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support reporting, audits, and operational needs. <\/p>

Main Duties <\/h3>

• Maintain general ledger entries and perform regular bank and account reconciliations. <\/li>
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections follow -up. <\/li>
• Prepare payroll calculations, remittances, and maintain payroll records as required. <\/li>
• Compile data and assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget schedules. <\/li>
• Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance by preparing schedules and gathering required documentation. <\/li>
• Assist with internal and external audits and implement accounting procedures and internal controls. <\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements <\/h3>
  

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field. <\/li>
  • Minimum one year of practical bookkeeping or accounting technician experience. <\/li>
  • Proficiency with computerized accounting software and spreadsheet applications. <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, standard accounting practices, and month -end procedures. <\/li>
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. <\/li>
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain organized records. <\/li><\/ul>
