COWI Associate Project Director - Underground Infrastructure

In this senior role, you'll be a key player on the Canada Leadership Team, guiding project management and technical deliverables while fostering relationships that drive success. You’ll oversee tasks from strategic planning to execution, contributing to COWI's mission of delivering high-value engineering solutions in the underground sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major projects in the tunnels and underground infrastructure sector
- Collaborate with business development to identify new opportunities
- Manage technical proposals from inception to award
- Foster strategic relationships with clients and engineers
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource management
- Bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering required
- Professional Engineer designation mandatory; U.S. license preferred
- 15+ years in project management and engineering
- Proven experience with transportation and utility tunnels
- Networking abilities to cultivate relationships with stakeholders
