Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and lead product strategy for a well-established, AI-forward technology company of approximately 1,000 employees . This is a 100% remote opportunity .

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Product Management experience building and launching successful B2B SaaS or cloud software products , with a strong track record of owning products from customer discovery and strategy through development, launch, and iteration .

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience incorporating AI/ML, intelligent automation, or AI-driven features into customer-facing products. You should be highly customer-centric, analytically strong, and comfortable partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who enjoys speaking directly with customers, translating complex workflows into elegant digital experiences, and driving measurable business and customer outcomes.

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core product experiences.


• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and automation to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.


• Lead continuous product discovery through customer interviews, user research, product analytics, support insights, and sales win/loss data.


• Translate complex customer workflows into clear PRDs, user stories, use cases, and product requirements.


• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to build, launch, measure, and iterate on new features.


• Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams on positioning, market research, launches, and commercialization.


• Analyze product usage and business metrics to measure feature success and guide future roadmap decisions.


• Evaluate customer segments, competitors, industry trends, and pricing and packaging opportunities.


• Ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog around the highest-impact customer and business outcomes.


• Use modern generative AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, analysis, documentation, and product decision-making.


• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering B2B SaaS or cloud software products.


• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and end-to-end product execution.


• Proven experience leading complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.


• Experience with AI/ML concepts , including customer-facing AI capabilities and/or AI-driven product workflows.


• Strong experience with customer discovery, user research, and translating customer problems into product solutions.


• Strong analytical skills, including using product analytics, customer data, and ROI analysis to make prioritization decisions.


• Experience working within an Agile product development environment.


• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and make strong product and business trade-offs.


• Comfortable working effectively in a 100% remote environment.


• Experience developing AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or AI-driven customer experiences.


• Strong understanding of emerging AI/ML capabilities and use cases.


• Experience working closely with technical teams to bring AI-powered functionality from concept to production.


• Strong market and competitive research capabilities.


• Experience with product positioning, pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and translating complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
