Crm Marketing Lead: Lifecycle & Ai-Driven Campaigns

Amplifon is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to drive the end-to-end CRM roadmap across all lifecycle stages, optimizing milestones and propensity-to-purchase. You will lead segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, and data-driven growth while owning Adobe Campaign and analytics.The role collaborates with Marketing Performance, Brand, Digital, Offering, IT, and Sales to optimize ROI, budgets, and KPIs. Hybrid work in Mississauga with 2–3 days in-office cadence.
