Administrative Assistant - Cold Lake

About the Company

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide scheduling, employee data, and general administrative support to our team. This position is a backfill opportunity resulting from an employee relocation and will play an important role in maintaining accurate employee information, supporting scheduling activities, and assisting with day-to-day administrative requirements.

About the Role

This position is based out of the Cold Lake head office and will primarily support operations in the Cold Lake and Bonnyville area. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support employee administration within Career Connect and other internal systems.
• Process and update employee pay rate changes.
• Maintain and update employee personal information and records.
• Provide general administrative and data-entry support.
• Assist with employee scheduling and other scheduling-related activities as required.
• Enter, review, and maintain information within the Kronos system.
• Work across multiple internal systems to ensure employee and scheduling information remains accurate and up to date.
• Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, data entry, scheduling, or a similar support role.
• Experience using Kronos is considered a strong asset.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning and working within multiple systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and maintaining employee information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the needs of a broader team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Employees must have their own reliable transportation and be able to travel to the worksite as required.

Pay range and compensation package:

Location: Cold Lake / Bonnyville, Alberta

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Start Times: 6:00 a.m., 6:30 a.m., or 7:00 a.m.

Work Location: Primarily site-based in Cold Lake, with limited flexibility to work from home when required.
