Lead Alberta trade marketing strategy with Charton Hobbs, using commercial planning and analytics in a full-time Calgary-based position. Shape programs across wine and spirits brands.The Trade Marketing Manager develops annual strategies and commercial plans supporting Alberta business objectives and portfolio priorities. This position turns market opportunities into promotional programs, product launches, events, and actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder management supports collaboration with suppliers, portfolio managers, sales teams, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual Alberta trade marketing strategies and commercial plansIdentify opportunities for promotions, launches, and market activationsAnalyze sales, category trends, and promotional performanceManage marketing spend and recommend budget investmentsLead approved events, sponsorships, and brand initiativesRequirements:
Experience in trade, brand, or commercial marketingStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiencyMarketing, business, or related post-secondary education preferredValid driver's licence and Alberta travel abilityBring strategic thinking, commercial analysis, and stakeholder leadership to Charton Hobbs' Alberta wine and spirits portfolio.
