Store Sales Support and Administrator

Job Responsibility:

Store Sales Support and Administrator required for leading Burlington Jewellery retailer.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Enter data, maintain records, and reports for financial statements

Process accounts receivable/payable and handle timesheets in a timely mannerAssist in inventory control including price changes, tags, and tracking

Place orders with suppliers and coordinate tracking for management

Order and manage supplies for the store

Skills

· Retail sales experience an asset as occasional assistance may be required on the sales floor

· Previous administrative experience preferred

· Ability to calculate, post and manage financial records

· Data entry skills along with proficiency with basic math

· Hands-on experience Quickbooks would be ideal

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Customer service oriented

· High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Must be fluent in English

Must have vehicle and current drivers licence

Expected start date: Immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8.5 hour shift
• Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility for weekends during peak sales periods

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service Experience (preferred)
• Administrative Role experience (preferred)

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
