Healthcare Project Manager, Major Projects Team

Shape the future of healthcare facilities in British Columbia as a Senior Project Manager on our Major Projects Team. You'll manage multi-year hospital projects, crucial for community health, ranging from $30 million to $400 million. This role is centered on project sites throughout Western Canada, where you will lead a dedicated project team focused on delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. Your ability to manage complex design-build projects will be essential in ensuring successful outcomes within tight schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Project Leadership Team
• Oversee Electrical and Technology aspects of projects
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct performance tracking and financial oversight
• Manage stakeholder relationships and team staffing

Requirements:

• Red Seal Electrician or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• PM certification or Gold Seal designation
• At least 8 years in project management, notably in healthcare
• Experience leading projects exceeding $7 million in value
• Strong skills in MS Office and project management software
