Grocery Department Manager Full Time Day

No Frills is seeking Managers who will immediately impact sales and customer satisfaction, bringing proven leadership and a record of delighting customers.

• Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
• Be accountable for departmental sales results and financial objectives

What You’ll Need

• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues
• Previous management experience in retail or food services
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hiring Range: $49,920.00–$58,000.00 per year. Pay may vary based on experience and location.
