Seeking a full-time Maintenance Planner in Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary to lead maintenance activities in mining projects. Utilize your expertise in commissioning and operational readiness across Canada. This role reports directly to the Director of Mining and Minerals and involves developing maintenance plans that align with client standards. Your responsibilities will include championing maintenance readiness, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with various teams to streamline operations. Candidates should expect to engage in preventive and predictive maintenance planning while providing maintenance expertise during critical commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies
  • Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance job packages
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply teams
  • Assist in optimizing spare parts and materials
  • Evaluate maintenance plans to reduce operational interruptions
Requirements:
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
  • 10+ years in maintenance roles, ideally including commissioning
  • Familiarity with CMMS and project management tools
  • Experience in heavy industry or mining environments
  • Exposure to reliability-based maintenance practices
