As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, leveraging your 3-7 years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
• Lead Kaizen events and root cause problem-solving sessions
• Develop standard work instructions for production processes
• Analyze data-driven metrics to resolve bottlenecks
• Train operators and technicians on lean tools and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years in manufacturing engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering tools
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
