Deal Specialist (1x opening)

Insight Global is looking for a Deal Specialist to support a large banking client by managing loan closings and portfolio monitoring activities within a corporate/commercial lending workplace. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate deal setup, compliance with credit agreements, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. The Deal Specialist will coordinate loan closing processes, review and input deal data into Loan IQ, and collaborate closely with servicing teams and portfolio managers. This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high‑quality service to internal stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience

Previous financial institution experience Background in corporate and commercial lending or loan servicing Advanced understanding of credit agreements and the expertise to pinpoint details as to what to look for in credit agreements Extremely solid communication skills Ability to multi‑task and prioritize Understanding of business unit's risk and regulatory requirements Excel, pivot tables, creating presentations Nice to Have Skills & Experience
