Ai Platform Product Manager

Shape AI-powered mortgage lending at nesto by translating complex workflows into shipped products through clear product thinking and machine learning collaboration.As Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will help evolve Maestro from proof of concept into AI-augmented lending infrastructure. You will work across operational workflows, data, systems, and mortgage expertise. The work spans roadmap delivery, decision logic, and measurable improvements for production users.Key Responsibilities:
Translate operational reality into PRDs and decision logicDefine roadmaps with ML, engineering, and underwriting stakeholdersImprove throughput, accuracy, and time-to-decision metricsConnect AI outputs with expert human judgmentRecommend roadmap priorities as AI reshapes mortgage originationRequirements:
Three to five years in consulting or complex product rolesClear writing and structured thinking across systems and dataComfort making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete inputsActive fluency with AI tools across product workflowsStrong communication with non-experts in Product and EngineeringBuild Maestro’s AI platform with product strategy, machine learning fluency, and rigorous execution across mortgage operations.
