Avanciers is looking for a senior Windows 365 SME/Solutions Architect for a long‑term contract in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid role allows onsite collaboration and work‑from‑home flexibility.

You will focus on assessing AVD workloads, conducting cost analyses, and crafting secure, scalable Windows365 architectures. Effective communication with stakeholders and producing operational documentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AVD workloads for Windows365 migration potential.
• Perform cost analyses for AVD versus W365 implementations.
• Design comprehensive W365 architecture with security measures.
• Implement strategies for high availability and resiliency.
• Deploy and manage Cloud PCs using Microsoft Intune.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing and virtualization.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows365 and AVD solutions.
• Proven expertise in cost modeling and optimization.
• Familiarity with Azure networking and security frameworks.
• Robust documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
