CAFE COUNTER HELP (Closing)

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Counter Help. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their orders- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages- Upsell additional items to customers- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred- Basic math skills for handling transactions- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
