Lead Cloud Security Architect - Devsecops

Pursue a leadership role in cloud security at Peoples Group as a Senior Cloud Security Architect. Utilize your extensive experience (8–10+ years) in a hybrid working environment to shape the future of DevSecOps.
This individual contributor position focuses on overseeing the technical direction for cloud security within a regulated financial environment. You'll collaborate with leadership to mentor and enhance the DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance and security are top priority throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop a robust DevSecOps strategy and architecture - Drive AWS to Azure migration and validate security controls - Lead threat modeling efforts and manage compliance audits - Enhance security automation and practices across teams - Provide mentorship and training to intermediate engineers
Requirements: - 8-10+ years' experience in DevSecOps or cloud security - In-depth knowledge of Terraform, AWS, and Azure - Strong background in compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS) - Excellent leadership and strategy skills - Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP) desirable
