Shape the future of learning at MDA Space as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. This role focuses on innovative curriculum development and large-scale training program management.
You will take the lead in designing engaging learning experiences, partnering with SMEs, and enhancing onboarding processes. Your expertise in technology and LMS administration will significantly enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and delivery of large-scale training programs
• Collaborate to create engaging and effective learning content
• Utilize analytics to enhance program quality and effectiveness
• Manage logistics and scheduling for training initiatives
• Lead onboarding efforts, supporting new employee integration
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong skills with multimedia and eLearning tools
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English an asset
