Part-Time Babysitter/Nanny for Infant - Flexible Weekday Schedule

We’re looking for a kind, reliable and easygoing babysitter/nanny to help care for our young son in our home while I work during the day. The position would be part-time and somewhat flexible. My work schedule generally allows me to move things around, but there will occasionally be meetings or commitments that I need childcare coverage for at specific times. I’m hoping to find someone who has some flexibility as well and who we can coordinate a schedule with week to week. I’ll generally be working from home, so I’ll be nearby, but I’m looking for someone who can take over with him so I can actually focus on work. He’s a happy, busy little guy who loves playing, exploring and being kept entertained. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable following his routine, playing with him, feeding him as needed and putting him down for naps. We also have two dogs in the home, so whoever we hire will need to be comfortable around dogs. Caring for the dogs would not be part of the job. We’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys babies, is patient and dependable, and ideally someone we can get to know and use on an ongoing basis as he grows. Experience with infants is important to us. CPR/First Aid would be a big plus.
