Global Expansion Programs Manager - Remote

As a Senior Manager for Programs, you will oversee Affirm's operational strategies supporting global expansion in diverse markets. Your expertise in process management and operational standards will drive improvements across international markets. Key Responsibilities:

Own strategy for scaling global customer operations
Establish operational policies and success criteria
Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

12+ years of relevant experience
5+ years in leadership roles
Expertise in global customer experience operations
Strong program and process management skills
