Vice President Marketing Strategy
Cosmetic Physician Partners, LLC
Shape marketing strategy for Cosmetic Physician Partners using digital expertise, analytics, and clinic-level growth planning across a national medical aesthetics network.
As Vice President Marketing, you will own strategy and execution across CPP’s 80+ clinics. You will build trust with physicians and practice managers while leading paid media, SEO, web, CRM, design, and marketing analytics. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign work, measurement, and network-wide rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own CPP’s marketing strategy across every clinic
- Build clinic plans with channels, budgets, and targets
- Lead digital marketing professionals across core channels
- Develop local positioning, reviews, search, social, and events
- Scale proven practices across new and acquired clinics
Requirements:
- 10+ years in marketing and 5+ years leading teams
- Healthcare, medical aesthetics, or wellness experience strongly preferred
- Proven strategy and digital execution driving measurable growth
- Experience earning trust from operators, owners, or clinicians
- Experience with a major CRM or automation platform
Lead measurable patient growth through trusted partnerships, digital depth, analytics, and hands-on marketing leadership at CPP.
