Elevate patient care as the Country Medical Director for Mundipharma in Canada. Lead strategic medical initiatives and ensure high standards in medical engagement and compliance across regions.
In this permanent role based in Toronto, you will join the Medical Affairs Leadership Team (MALT) to translate global strategies into local execution. Required skills include a strong background in Medical Affairs, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to build partnerships with healthcare stakeholders. Your mission is to enhance therapeutic insights and compliance, driving the scientific direction for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Medical Affairs strategy aligned with global objectives
• Develop a high-performing Medical Affairs team
• Provide input for product launches and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for medical support
• Drive internal ethics and compliance training
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in clinical or Medical Affairs
• Leadership experience at the Medical Affairs level
• Strong KOL engagement and external scientific leadership
• Advanced scientific degree preferred
• Proven strategic thinking and communication skills
