CMHC Bilingual HR Specialist Position
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement(SCHL)
Take on a rewarding challenge as a Bilingual HR Specialist with CMHC, working in a hybrid setting. This role requires strong HR expertise to enhance workplace dynamics through effective employee relations strategies. As a Bilingual HR Specialist, you will provide coaching and implement HR policies while ensuring employee compliance. Your focus will be on equity and promoting a collaborative atmosphere consistent with CMHC's mission. This position is temporary, lasting 12 months, and provides a unique opportunity to influence positive change. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on HR and employee relations compliance
- Facilitate conflict resolution among employees
- Serve as a resource for complex HR issues
- Design training and communication materials for staff
- Investigate workplace complaints thoroughly
- Degree in human resources or similar
- Five years’ experience in HR practices
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Proven negotiation and coaching skills
- Fluent in both French and English for communication
