We are a sports complex featuring two ice rinks, a gym with a clinic, and a bistro. At the heart of the complex, Bistro 54 is a chef-driven bistro known for its refined cuisine, attentive service, and dynamic working environment.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our team and help deliver an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.
Tasks
· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and specifications.
· Set up, stock, and maintain clean and organized kitchen stations.
· Follow food safety, sanitation, storage, and inventory procedures.
· Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams while assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and menu changes.
Pay: $23/hour or more, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent (guaranteed 35-40 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible availability to work day and evening shifts, as well as weekends

Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience
· Experience in a high-end or upscale kitchen environment
· Fluency in spoken and written French; English is an asset
· Genuine passion for food and hospitality
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
· Punctual, reliable, and a positive team player
