Electrician

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on quarry equipment and plant systems
• Install, upgrade, and repair electrical and control systems in a safe and efficient manner
• Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, conveyors, crushers, and instrumentation
• Support preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure continuous production

What Are We Looking For

• Journeyman Electrician certification with strong industrial electrical capability
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical and instrumentation issues
• Working knowledge of motor controls, PLC systems, and industrial automation
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
• Work may include time spent in an underground quarry environment with confined spaces, low-light conditions, uneven terrain, and the need to follow strict underground safety protocols.
