Full-Time Early Childhood Educator at Lullaboo
Lullaboo Nursery and Childcare Center
Join Lullaboo as a Full-Time Registered Early Childhood Educator focusing on child-directed programming. Support children's growth and development while maintaining vital documentation and classroom management. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE), your role will encompass planning programs aligned with children's interests while adhering to 'How Does Learning Happen' guidelines. You'll play a crucial role in supporting children through emotion and behavior challenges. Effective communication and collaboration with parents and specialists will be key to fostering a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping
• Plan engaging, child-directed programs aligned with monthly calendars
• Support children's emotional, physical, and social development
• Work with professionals like Speech and Occupational Therapists
• Participate in team meetings and workshops Requirements:
• RECE registered and in good standing
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal reference check
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
• Ability to lift children up to age 5
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration Empower young minds as a valued member of Lullaboo's Early Childhood Education team.
