Family Physician

Rehoboth Medical Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Physician to join our growing primary care clinic in Steinbach, Manitoba.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to establish a rewarding long-term practice in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their own patient panel, develop their preferred practice style and pursue clinical areas that match their professional interests.

Our administrative team will support the physician with day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling and billing, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups
  

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  

• Deliver preventative care, health education and routine medical assessments
  

• Develop and maintain a long-term patient panel
  

• Coordinate referrals and care with specialists and other healthcare providers
  

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using LibreMD
  

• Participate in a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment
  

Requirements

• Training and certification in Family Medicine or an equivalent qualification
  

• Eligible for registration and license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  

• Eligible for fee-for-service billing with Manitoba Health
  

• Good standing with the appropriate professional and regulatory authorities
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
  

• Interest in developing a long-term medical practice in Steinbach
