Canadian Payroll Operations Manager

Lead Canadian payroll operations with expertise in compliance, reconciliations, and multi-province processing within a hybrid work model. Manage accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across payroll cycles.This Payroll Manager oversees payroll for all Canadian employees while partnering with Human Resources, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors. The position requires seven-plus years of progressive payroll experience, leadership responsibility, and strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation. You will support acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Canadian payroll processingManage bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and special payroll cyclesReview reconciliations, remittances, reporting, and year-end activitiesMaintain confidential payroll records and employee informationManage payroll audits and compliance requirementsRequirements:
