In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance with group matters. You'll be pivotal in maintaining administrative accuracy through data entry and handling financial transactions while promoting Coast Hotels' commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle inquiries and guest concerns effectively
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Process payment transactions in accordance with policies
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in a similar customer service role
• Secondary School Diploma required
• Strong customer interaction skills essential
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications needed
• Flexible availability, including night shifts
Contribute to the success of Coast Hotels by enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
