Production-Grade Software Engineer Remote

Join a remote team in Montreal as a Software Developer focused on Agentic AI systems. Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions that solve business challenges and enhance performance. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with at least 7 years of experience. Your role involves creating production-ready AI systems using Python and, ideally, Go or Rust. You'll integrate multiple internal services and utilize tools like Claude Code, Copilot, and Codex to accelerate development. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions
• Develop scalable backend services primarily using Python
• Architect high-performance systems with multiple service integrations
• Utilize AI development tools to boost coding efficiency
• Validate and improve reliability of AI-generated outputs

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3-5+ years deploying AI solutions in production
• Experience with Agentic AI systems and GenAI solutions
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Proven history of delivering production-grade applications
