What You Can Expect to Learn and Do

As a Business Intern, you will be placed within one of our diverse teams where you will contribute to meaningful projects. While specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join, you can generally expect to: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various business projects. 
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. 
• Support the development and launch of new products, services, and solutions for our customers. 
• Identify opportunities to streamline organizational workflows and improve process efficiencies. 
• Assist with key business functions, which may include project coordination, creating performance reports, or supporting customer relationship management. 

Education & Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, or college diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field programs or a related field completed before the program start date.  
• You are planning on returning back to school in the Fall of 2027. All candidates must be returning to their studies following the completion of the internship.
• You are aligned with working in a hybrid environment within the Greater Toronto and Greater Montreal areas near a Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
• You maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher

• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to focus on individual tasks while understanding the bigger picture.

• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. 
• Ability to leverage data to build insights and recommendations. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or data analysis tools is considered an asset.
